The Best Body Challenge is an 8 week program that is designed to get you your best body in 8 weeks. We know that exercising and proper nutrition can be overwhelming, so we designed this challenge to give you everything you need to get your best body: a detailed nutrition and exercise program, weekly accountability and a weekly group class to keep you motivated and on rack to reach your goals. As a bonus, the 1st place winner will win $1,000 cash, 2nd place winner will win $500 in prizes, and 3rd place winner will win $250 in prizes. The first Best Body Challenge will begin on September 11th, 2017.

    My favorite thing about BBC is I feel like I haven’t changed very much food wise… I’m just portioning better and aware of what my body actually needs. You know so many “diets” are so impractical long term, but I feel like this has been such a great foundation for lifestyle change. I feel so much stronger, and the encouragement/accountability has been sooo helpful. You guys are the best!!

    The Best Body Challenge is AMAZING! Easy to follow and actually FUN to do. The food and recipes are so yummy and the workouts kept me interested. I started to feel results within the first week, and have know seen and felt results that are life-changing. This isn’t just a challenge to help jumpstart your weight loss- it’s a challenge to help change your mindsets on living a healthy lifestyle!

    The BBC has been a huge blessing in my life. The past 8 weeks have been nothing short of life changing. What I love most about this program is having to be accountable at the end of every week. Did you do your workouts this week? Did you eat healthy? And on top of this, there is a community of people around you who all have different starting points but all have the same goal. To start living a better life filled with healthy food choices and activity. The meal plan isn’t a diet it’s more of a lifestyle change that will go beyond the 8 weeks. Little changes in your everyday meals will make lasting changes. My son who refused to eat any vegetables is now eating a ton (without knowing it). I love I had constant support and through trial and error we found recipes that the whole family enjoyed. The workouts are for any fitness level and they are what you make of it. I had told myself if I was going to invest in this challenge, every week I was going to give it my all. At the start I couldn’t even do a regular push-up, finish full rounds and burpees don’t even get me started. Now I’m doing regular push-ups can complete all sets and I’m pretty proud of how many burpees I can do. If I’m being honest since completing the program this has been the best I have ever felt inside and out. Until now I didn’t realize how down on life I felt before starting BBC, now I’m in total beast mode! I can promise you this is an investment in yourself and chance for you to become the best version of yourself!

    I can not express enough how amazing this challenge has been for me. I have been struggling with depression, food addiction and polycystic ovary disease. My mind set on food has not been the healthiest and I would punish myself for even having the tiniest treat. I was in a cycle of guilt and binging. BBC has changed this for me. It has taught me to value my self, my health and that I am worth being taken care of. I no longer punish myself if I have a treat and instead have a pretty balance lifestyle. I eat clean/healthy most of the time, but do allow the odd treat here and there. That treat doesn’t hold me captive like it used to. Both Paige and Meray have played a major part in this transformation by encouraging and supporting me every step of the way. Everything about this challenge sets you up for success – the weekly check in’s, the Facebook group, the bootcamp classes.. it’s obvious the work these ladies have put into creating this challenge and I am beyond happy to have experienced and benefited from their hard work. I look forward to working out and am having fun again. My love for cooking has been reignited and I am enjoying creating healthy alternatives for foods I love. Most of all, I am happy that my kids have been able to be apart of this journey and they will benefit from my participation in the challenge. A happy healthy mom makes for a happy healthy family! You will not regret giving this challenge a shot – you have nothing to lose but everything to gain; You are worth the investment and you are worthy of being taken care of. <3

    Don’t think twice about it – Just do it! You won’t regret it. The Best Body Challenge is definitley a CHALLENGE! The entire 8 week program is easy to follow. The workouts are broken down each day with 6 workouts per week. It is a mixture of lower body, upper body, full body, and cardio. It looks easy when you take a glance at the workouts, but once you get going your heart rate is up the roof leaving you sweaty and sore for the next few days. When I started this challenge I honestly thought the 8 weeks would be a breeze for me. Oh let me tell you how wrong I was. Every week I pushed myself and set small goals that were achievable. I kept telling myself that If I was going to spend a huge chunk of my money, I better not slack and be giving this my 150% – Which I did each week. I noticed my waistline slimming down, I can notice more muscle definition and even around my stomach area. When I started noticing the results, it was more of a push/motivation for me to continue in giving this challenge my all. I am so happy I joined this challenge. I am positive that you will too. If you are ready to make the change whether your goal is to change switch up your boring routine, eating habits, a lifestyle change, keeping yourself accountable, or whatever it may be then this program is for you.
