Get Your Best Body

Best Body

Everywhere we turn we have social media, magazine covers, friends and family talking about how summer is just around the corner, and it’s about time to get our bikini body. I get it, because truth be told, we all want to look our best in a bikini, but what is a bikini body anyway? Everyone’s best body will be different, and that’s okay. The goal is to always feel your best, and learn how to be confident in your own skin. Your best body should make you feel strong, energized and like the best version of yourself. So rather than promoting a bikini body challenge, I decided to promote a best body challenge.
The Best Body challenge is not about starving yourself or spending countless hours at the gym to the point of exhaustion. I strongly dislike the phrase “nothing tastes better than skinny feels”. Actually, I can think of a million things that taste better. When I was at my skinniest, I had zero energy. I worked out for 3-4 hours a day, I was rarely social, I was always exhausted, and was too tired and anti-social to go out and show off my new “skinny” body. So rather than aiming to just be skinny, I want to help you achieve your BEST body, in a healthy and realistic way.

Best Body

My Best Body program is 12 weeks long. It is realistic, and is suitable for all fitness levels. The program’s difficulty increases over 12 weeks time, so you are always being challenged and for the first 4 weeks, you can do the program from home. That’s right! I didn’t forget about you mama’s with little kids at home or you busy professionals with no time to drive to the gym. This program is designed to help you FEEL and LOOK your absolute best! You should feel strong, fit, and empowered! Get ready to feel fit enough to go on hikes, or long bike rides. And hey! It’s a bonus that you’ll feel way more confident in shorts or a bikini. If you follow the training program and nutrition guidelines, your energy should increase, your skin should clear up, you should feel stronger, healthier and happier. That sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?

Throw away any preconceived ideas on exercise and diets, and take the next 12 weeks to promote better health. Take care of yourself, and prioritize your own health. Not in an extreme, starve, and run till your legs fall off kind of way, but in a healthy, balanced, goal-setting, goal-crushing, community building, kind of way.

So where do you start?
