Where is personal training located?

All personal training is done at the Trinity Western University Fitness centre located in Langley, BC.  The address is 7600 Glover Rd, Langley.

Do I need a gym membership to workout with you at TWU?

No you do not.  Memberships are available to the public at TWU but not required.

What is the difference between personal training and online training?

Personal training includes 1-on-1 personal training workout sessions with a certified personal trainer.  Online training includes a customized digital program that you will follow on your own.  You will not have face-to-face contact with a personal training if you are doing online training.

How often will my customized program be changed?

Customized programs are typically changed every 4 weeks.  Minor changes may be done week-to-week depending on your check-in’s and your progress.  

Do I need a gym membership for online training?

Online training is all customized, which means it is designed for you and your lifestyle.  If you do not have access to a gym, or you can only workout from home, we will create a program that you can do with the equipment you have available to you.  Depending on your fitness level we may encourage you to purchase a gym membership.

Can I pay monthly for Online Training?

You must pay in full for all programs, for both online training and personal training.  

How many days a week do I need to workout?

We always recommend working out a minimum of 3 days a week in order to see results.  

How quickly will I see results from my training?

Everyone is different, and will see results at different rates.  You can expect to feel results within the first week, and physical results should follow soon after.
