As a trainer, I am constantly hearing my clients complain about their weight gain over the summer, and lack of motivation to be consistent and disciplined with their nutrition and training. Trust me, I get it. Something happens in the summer where your routine and self-control gets thrown out the window. You are way more social, which means more opportunities for drinks, ice cream and burgers – and guess what? There is absolutely nothing wrong with enjoy food and drinks and taking a little break from training. But there comes a time when that comes to an end, and it’s time to implement a healthy routine back into your life. Paige and I are committed to help you feel and look your best this Fall.
So, what is the Best Body Challenge? It is an 8 week challenge that is designed to help you reach your best body. It includes: a detailed nutrition plan, an 8 week training program, weekly accountability and weekly fitness classes. Plus, to keep you extra motivated to reach your goals, we’ve decided to add a little incentive! The 1st place winner will win $1,000 cash, 2nd place prize is $500 valued prize, and 3rd place is a $250 valued prize. The winner will be picked based on their total transformation (pictures, measurements, weight, ability to stick to the program, and written essay of their personal journey over the 8 weeks). The cost of this challenge is only $400! Make sure to register asap, as there are only 20 spots available and registration closes on September 1st.
